The precision temperature control of Guanding Stator and Rotor Tunnel Furnace is designed to address the sensitivity of stator and rotor components to temperature. The insulation paint between iron core laminations, the protective coating of winding copper wires and the sealing adhesive of end leads have significantly different temperature tolerance thresholds for curing: insulation paint needs to achieve complete cross-linking at 120-150℃ to ensure insulation strength, while the coating of winding copper wires may become brittle and crack if overheated. To solve this problem, the tunnel furnace adopts a "zoned gradient temperature control + full-range hot air uniform flow" design. It divides the furnace chamber into 3-5 independent temperature control zones, uses embedded platinum resistance sensors to capture real-time temperature fluctuations in each zone, and coordinates with PID dynamic adjustment algorithms to control the temperature difference of the same cross-section within ±3℃. This design strictly complies with the requirements for the curing temperature of insulation materials specified in Rotating Electrical Machines - Insulation Systems - Evaluation of Thermal Endurance (GB/T 11021-2014).
In terms of insulation protection, the tunnel furnace focuses on optimizing the curing process curve of insulation coatings. It adopts a coordinated mode of "slow heating - constant temperature curing - gradient cooling": in the heating stage, the temperature is raised slowly at a rate of 5-10℃/min to avoid bubbles in the insulation paint caused by sudden heating; in the constant temperature stage, the process temperature is accurately maintained to ensure sufficient cross-linking of insulation material molecules; in the cooling stage, the waste heat recovery system is used to control the cooling rate, reducing the thermal stress difference between the insulation layer and the metal substrate and preventing cracking. This process design is fully consistent with the requirements for the curing process of insulation coatings in Electrical Insulating Materials - Thermosetting Powder Coatings (GB/T 21782.1-2015), effectively ensuring that the insulation layer of stators and rotors can withstand long-term high temperatures, high voltages and mechanical vibrations during motor operation.
In practical applications, Guanding Stator and Rotor Tunnel Furnace has been widely used in new energy vehicle motor factories, industrial motor manufacturing enterprises and other fields. Its precision temperature control and reliable insulation protection capabilities have become a key guarantee for enterprises to improve the quality and reliability of motor core components.
