In batch spraying of metal products, color difference often leads to downgrading of entire batches, especially affecting fields with strict appearance requirements such as home appliances and automobiles. This difference mainly stems from temperature fluctuations during the drying stage — uneven heating of workpieces in the same batch inside the tunnel furnace will cause slight differences in coating curing degrees, eventually resulting in visible color deviations. The uniformity of the constant temperature field is the core prerequisite for eliminating color difference. Powder or liquid coatings used in metal spraying are extremely sensitive to temperature changes in terms of color after film formation; even a deviation of ±5℃ may cause color difference. Guanding Industrial's tunnel furnace adopts a "honeycomb-style air distribution" design, with a plenum chamber set at the top of the furnace. Through tiny diversion holes, hot air is converted into a laminar flow state, ensuring that the wind speed and temperature in every corner of the furnace remain consistent. For long workpieces (such as profiles and pipes), the equipment is also equipped with lateral auxiliary air ducts to avoid local low-temperature zones caused by workpiece shielding.
The continuity of mass production requires the tunnel furnace to have dynamic adaptability. The loading capacity and material thickness of metal workpieces vary with production batches, and traditional equipment is prone to temperature drift due to load fluctuations. Guanding Industrial's tunnel furnace is equipped with a "load sensing system", which real-time monitors the quantity and distribution of workpieces through pressure sensors distributed on the conveyor belt, and automatically adjusts the power output of each heating zone — when heavy workpieces pass 密集 ly, the system will increase the heating intensity of the corresponding section; when light workpieces are continuously conveyed, it will reduce power to maintain constant temperature.
The easy-maintenance design of the equipment is the basis for long-term guarantee of the constant temperature field. If dust and volatile gases in the metal spraying workshop penetrate into the core components of the equipment, they will gradually affect the accuracy of temperature control. Guanding Industrial adopts a "modular sealing" design in the tunnel furnace structure: heating modules and air ducts can be disassembled and cleaned separately to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat conduction; temperature sensors are covered with high-temperature-resistant ceramic protective sleeves to reduce detection deviations caused by adhesion of coating volatiles; food-grade silicone seals are used at furnace joints to prevent external cold air from infiltrating and damaging the constant temperature field.
